BARCELONA, SPAIN-(27-3-2004) Today the beginning of the Barcelona Olympic Week of Vela with the celebration of the first tests was predicted, but the almost total lack of wind and rain caused that near 400 crews of 45 countries they remained in the Olympic Port.
